The project Multidimensional City, deals with the robotization of underground construction, was endorsed to the RoboticsLab. Our role in the project is the transformation of the actual tunnelling machines into autonomous navigation robots. We coordinate the industry-based consortium formed by Dragados, FCC, Acciona, Aitemin, Cartif, Cimne, Eurohinca, Atlas Copco and Geocisa. The project has four years duration and is funding by Spanish Ministry of Education and Science inside the call of singular and strategic industrial projects.
