Description

The industry driven goal of the ManuBuild project is to create an Open Building Manufacturing, a new paradigm for building production by combining ultraefficient manufacturing in factories and construction sites, ultranew Robotics and Intelligent systems, and an open system for products and components offering the diversity of supply in the open European market.

The consortium is formed by 28 industrial and R&D centres partners from 10 countries, and is leadered by Corus (UK-NL). The main industry partners of the consortium are: Dragados (E), FCC (E), EMVS (E), NCC (S), Taylor Woodrow (UK), YIT (SF), Nuova Quasco (I), Saint Gobain (F). There are several research centres: VTT (SF), TNO (NL), Labein (E), Franhofer IAO (D). There are only 4 European universities (University Carlos III of Madrid, Technical University of Munich, University of Salford and University of Stuttgart). ManuBuild.
