The SENER Foundation has awarded the Best Doctoral Thesis Award to Jorge Muñoz, PhD from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) and author of the thesis entitled Robust control strategies based on fractional calculus for robotic platforms. The work was supervised by Concepción Alicia Monje and Carlos Balaguer. The prize is endowed with 12,000 euros for the author of the thesis and 3,000 euros to be shared among the thesis supervisors.
