I am originally from Oslo, Norway and have lived in the great city of Madrid since September 2008. In 2005 I completed an M.Eng. in Aerospace Engineering and Astronautics at Kingston University, London. Afterwards I did an M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park with a Fulbright scholarship. I am currently working towards a Ph.D. on the subject of human-assistive robot interaction here in the RoboticsLab. My general research interests include assistive robotics and space robotics, with a special focus on human-machine interaction, user modeling and user-oriented robot design.
