Hi there! My name is Juan Carballeira and I am from Vigo, Galicia. There I got my degree on Industrial Engineering with focus on Electronics and Automation and a six month stay in Bologna, Italia to work on my final thesis. I moved to Madrid to study a Master in Robotics at Universidad Carlos III. Here I have been working as a research assistant since 2015 in the field of mobile robotics. My research topics include localization, navigation and mapping (SLAM) and visual perception.
